Today, we are excited to share that GreenLite has raised a $49.5 million Series B funding, led by Insight Partners with participation from Energize Capital, Craft Ventures, LiveOak Ventures, and Chicago Ventures. This milestone fuels our ability to expand into new markets and advance our AI-powered permitting platform, delivering the clarity and speed our customers depend on.
Why This Matters
Jurisdictions across the country face resource shortages, growing backlogs, and limited technology adoption. Private Plan Review (PPR) offers a way to relieve that burden by allowing qualified third-party experts to conduct official compliance reviews. Nearly a quarter of U.S. states have advanced PPR legislation in the past three years.
GreenLite is the only provider combining regulatory expertise with AI to deliver PPR nationally. Even in jurisdictions where PPR is not authorized, our compliance reviews ensure that plans are code-aligned, well-packaged, and easier for building departments to process. This means fewer revision cycles, earlier approvals, and faster revenue for our customers.
